There are so so so many parts of the Bahamian culture from the food to the music to the language. This list is a very small part of the culture offered in the islands of The Bahamas and in no particular order.

1. Junkanoo in 'da mornin', in ya' belly, in da' Valley. Coincidentally listed at number one on the list, and definitely one of the biggest parts of The Bahamian culture that happens only a few times a year. I am often lucky enough to see small showcases of Junkanoo as I capture photographs at Bahamas destination weddings and events. 2. The Royal Bahamas Police Force Band creates a sound that leaves the crowd in appreciation, and Bahamians with a sense of pride.

3. Down Town Nassau is one of the To-Go places in Nassau, Bahamas. From cruise ship visitors docking at the central part of Down Town to visitors vacationing in one of the local resorts, everyone must visit the Straw Market to take a piece of the Bahamas home with them.
