Rings and Things [Part One: Inside the Room] | Creative Wedding Ring Photography Ideas

March 16, 2018  •  2 Comments

Using different things around you to make for creative wedding ring photos:

Six common in-room objects that can enhance the wedding ring photo:

SIX: THE WORLD'S MOST PUBLISHED BOOK. Apparently, every hotel room has a Bible. It's pretty cool to think of the ring as a symbol of love and see it cast a shadow so perfectly and appropriately into a heart.

FIVE: GROOM'S ACCESSORIES. Saved by the bow-tie and starfish boutonniere. Wedding rings on a bow tie Wedding rings photographed on the groom's bow tie

FOUR: BRIDE'S SHOES. Flip flops to stilettos. You can use either one to put the rings on; but first, use your discretion ;)

THREE: WEDDING INVITATIONS. Pretty inviting for ring photos as well. Pun is intended! Rings on wedding invitationsWedding ring photography on wedding invitation Wedding rings on wedding invitationWedding rings photographed on beach wedding invitation

TWO: INTIMATE OBJECTS.  I love when I discover objects like these :)

ONE: THE BOUQUET. What's prettier than flowers except cute babies?! You can't go wrong with the bouquet.

The practical tips you included are something I can start applying right away. I've already bookmarked this page so I can refer back to it later. I also appreciated how you recognized the difficulties without giving the impression that they were insurmountable. I sincerely appreciate you putting this together; it truly helped.
